This interactive family rave-style incursion turns fitness into a party, with glow sticks, live music and a dazzling light show. Children of all abilities are encouraged to move freely in a welcoming, non-competitive environment where everyone feels included, capable and confident.

Perfectly suited to Physical Education, Performing Arts and wellbeing outcomes, with all materials provided. No prior dance experience needed — just enthusiasm.
